Shipping/Cancellation/Refund Policy
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be delivered within Mumbai and Navi Mumbai in 24-48 hours.
Pan India Shipping would take 5-7 working days.
Delivery charges are applicable on all orders as indicated at prior to payment checkout.
Our riders or courier partners will deliver your items. Our team will send you an email with your order’s tracking information once it has been sent.
Policy on Cancellation:
Cancellations for orders will be accepted only if made 30 minutes post ordering & payment.
Policy on Returns and Refunds:
We are delighted that you like our products as much as we do. However, if you are dissatisfied with any products purchased from on our website, please email us at converse@beverageunion.com within seven days of the date of shipment delivery to get a replacement if the product was received in a damaged condition or a full refund to your account if the product was spoilt at the time of opening the pack after receipt.
Please include the following:
1. Your name and the purchasing date
2. The image of the product at the time of receipt stating the condition of the item for replacement.
3. The image of the opened product stating the reason for a full refund.
4. Please keep in mind that we can only replace product if it is returned in an unused condition.
Refunds for subscription orders will be on a prorated basis of undelivered items.
Refunds are processed within 14 – 28 days of notice. The time it takes for the money to be credited back to the customer’s account is determined by the clearing cycle of the customer’s bank.
You will receive a refund using the same payment method that you used during the purchase. The refund will be credited to your account within 8–9 working days after refund processing.
Please note:
- ● All products should be returned back to us in case of refund, as they were received.
- ● Refunds for coffee subscription purchases will be on prorated based on the number of shipments remaining.
